Caribou Highlands Lodge on Lutsen Mountains

News Flash - Lutsen Mountains will be open for Skiing through May 4th! Yes, it is true. Ski Friday and Saturday on April 25th and 26th or May 3rd and 4th. Only Eagle Mountain will be open with just the Bridge Lift running, but there are runs there for everyone. Lutsen said that with a base of 2 to 3 feet on all primary runs and below freezing temps each night the spring season ski conditions are perfect. They have cut ticket prices about in half if you come for two days, and lodging is already at slow season rates so this is really some of the most economical and beautiful skiing of the year. Come ski and work on your tan at the same time! Or just sit in the sun like these folks and enjoy the much anticipated spring. ... See moreSee less
